LendCap may assess business-purpose transactions from New Zealand advisers and referrers, including property-backed business lending, business refinance and short-term funding with an identified exit. Each referral is assessed on its own merits, and nothing is presented to lenders before that assessment is complete.
What we may look at
- Business refinance supported by property security
- Short-term business funding with an identified exit
- Business-purpose property improvement, fit-out or development where business-purpose criteria apply
- Other property-backed business funding
Referral terms
LendCap does not publish referral fees, commission arrangements, clawback terms or turnaround times. Any commercial arrangement applies only where it is confirmed in current written terms between us.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries sent through this form stay with LendCap. They are not passed to any other lender or finance provider.
