About

About LendCap

Who operates the service and the people behind it.

LendCap is the trading name of Crowdsphere Limited, FSP360186, a New Zealand peer-to-peer lending platform. Crowdsphere is licensed by the Financial Markets Authority to provide both equity crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending services. LendCap presents property-backed lending opportunities to registered lenders, who choose individually which opportunities to fund.

Where it began

Traditional funding channels can be slow and restrictive. The team behind LendCap has worked with property investors, developers and businesses across New Zealand, and saw the need for a more direct way to connect lenders and borrowers. LendCap exists to make that connection work with clear information on both sides.
