The current Peer-to-Peer Lending Service Disclosure Statement (March 2026) is the primary disclosure document for the LendCap peer-to-peer lending service, operated by Crowdsphere Limited (FSP360186). It sets out the service, the fees that apply to lenders and borrowers, and the risks involved. Where marketing material and the current disclosure statement differ, the disclosure statement applies.

Fees
Free to register and review opportunities Borrower fees are set out in the current borrower terms and fee schedule and are confirmed in writing before a transaction proceeds. No fee figures are published outside those documents.
