Lendcap

A Smarter Way to Lend and Borrow

LendCap is a modern peer-to-peer lending platform that connects lender with borrowers through secure, property-backed lending opportunities across New Zealand. Our platform is designed to provide lenders with access to attractive returns while helping borrowers secure funding for property-related opportunities in a faster and more flexible way than traditional financing options. By bringing together a network of investors and borrowers, LendCap creates opportunities for individuals to grow their investment portfolios while supporting property projects and developments across New Zealand.

Lendcap is the trading name of Crowdsphere Limited, FSP Number FSP360186. Crowdsphere is licensed by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) to provide both Equity Crowdfunding and Peer to Peer lending.

Where It All Began

The idea behind LendCap came from a simple observation — raising funding through traditional channels can often be slow, complex, and restrictive.

Our team has worked closely with property investors, developers, and businesses across New Zealand and understands the challenges both investors and borrowers face when accessing capital.

LendCap was created to bridge this gap by providing a trusted platform where:

  • Investors can earn competitive returns through property-backed lending

  • Borrowers can access capital efficiently

  • Both sides benefit from a transparent and secure investment environment

By leveraging technology and industry expertise, we have created a platform that simplifies the lending process while maintaining strong standards for risk management and due diligence.
